Special council meeting
ST. PAUL — The St. Paul City Council will meet in a special session at 6:30 p.m. Wednesday in the meeting room at the fire station. He purpose of the meeting is to discuss non-elected personnel and interview candidates for city clerk.
NCCC board retreat
The Neosho County Community College Board of Trustees will have a board retreat starting at 8:30 a.m. Wednesday, Oct. 30, in Room 209 of the Student Union. No action will be taken at the retreat.
