On Saturday, officers with the Chanute Police Department responded to the 700 block of North Lincoln Avenue for a vehicle hitting a stationary object.
Officers spoke to persons involved and arrested Jacob Hutchison, 39, Chanute, for driving under the influence, possession of marijuana, possession of paraphernalia and transporting open container. Reports will be forwarded to Neosho County Attorney’s Office for review and consideration of charges being filed. All suspects are presumed innocent, unless and until proven guilty in a court of law.
On Tuesday, officers with the Chanute Police Department responded to the 1500 block of West Main Street for a disturbance.
Officers arrested James Boydston Jr., 39, Chanute, for criminal threat, disorderly conduct and criminal trespassing. Reports will be forwarded to Neosho County Attorney’s Office for review and consideration of charges being filed. All suspects are presumed innocent, unless and until proven guilty in a court of law.
