On Friday, Chanute police officers conducted a traffic stop near the intersection of 14th Street and Santa Fe Avenue. Officers spoke to persons involved and arrested Kevin McGinnes, 43, Chanute, for possession of methamphetamine, possession of paraphernalia and illegal tag display.
Reports will be forwarded to Neosho County Attorney’s Office for review and consideration of charges being filed.
