The Safari Bassmasters held their second club tournament of the season on Grand Lake in Oklahoma on April 12.
Ron Umbarger took first place with a five bass limit, weighing 11.31 pounds, anchored with the day’s big bass of 4.10 pounds. Loyd Lemieux took second place with five bass weighing 8.6 pounds. Mike Morgan took third place, and Wayne Newton took fourth place.
The next tournament will be held on Fort Scott Lake on May 10, and May 11. Anyone wishing to fish with the Safari Bassmasters Club can contact Ron Umbarger at 620212-4464.
