On Monday, March 10, the Kansas Department of Transportation plans to begin repair work on the K-39 Snake Creek and Verdigris River bridges.
The bridges are located between U.S. 400 and U.S. 75. Temporary signals will route one-lane traffic through the work zone at each bridge. Expect delays of 15 minutes or less through June, weather permitting.
KDOT awarded Wildcat Construction and Subsidiaries, Wichita, the $1.2 million construction contract.
