Chanute AmeriCorps volunteers honored the legacy of Martin Luther King Jr. on Wednesday and celebrated the 30th anniversary of the National Day of Service by having a community collection drive at the Neosho County Community College Student Union. Hope Unlimited and Kansas Children’s Service League Healthy Families joined.
