Katlyn Marie Folsom-Keller, 22, passed away Wednesday, Dec. 25, 2024.
Katlyn was born on Friday, Dec. 13, 2002, in Merriam, the daughter of John and Audra (Brooks) Folsom. Katlyn graduated from Atchison High School in 2021 and then shortly after graduated from Highland Technical College in 2022 as a diesel tech. It was during her time at Highland Technical College that Katlyn met Kace Keller, and they started to plan their lives together. Katlyn was a jack of all trades and loved to try new things, diving in with both feet. She enjoyed working out in the yard, making TikTok videos, playing with her animals and hanging out with her friends. In her free time, she was working on writing a book. Katlyn was an entrepreneur and started Katy’s Custom Designs in 2022, making tumblers, business cards, car decals and everything in between.
Katlyn is survived by both her parents, John and Audra Folsom; her husband, Kace Keller; her siblings, Stephanie and Tristian Folsom; her grandparents, Nancy “Bonnie” Kubler, Steve Kubler, Sandy O’Brien, Gene Brooks and Mary Folsom; her father and mother-in-law, Dan and Tonya Keller; numerous aunts, uncles and cousins; and fur babies, Rain, Bloo, Mittens and Tangerine.
Katlyn was preceded by her twin siblings; grandparents, Robert Sherman Folsom Jr. and Larry Dean O’Brien; and great-grandparents, Victor Allen Erbe (Pa) and Christine Marie Erbe (Nana).
