NEW YEAR’S BABY: Baby Olivia joined her siblings Oliver, Elijah and Edith Vail on Jan. 2. She was the first baby born in 2025 at Neosho Memorial Regional Medical Center in Chanute. The daughter of Destiny Dotson and Morgan Vail weighed 7 pounds, 4 ounces and was 20 ½ inches long. Her grandparents are Patty and Larry Sinclair, Chanute, and Kevin Dotson, Lamar, Missouri.
