Tim Lyle Stipp, 49, Chanute died Thursday, Oct. 14, 2010 at University of Kansas Medical Center.
Tim was born in Chanute on Feb. 27, 1961, the son of Chester and Daisy Babcock Stipp. He worked as an automotive mMechanic.
He was preceded by one daughter Marie Bayleigh Stipp; his mother and father.
He is survived by one brother, Kenny Babcock, Chanute; and one sister, Cathy Smith, Buffalo. A memorial service will take place today at 1 p.m. at Faith Bible Church in Chanute.
Memorials in his name may be made to the American Diabetes Association and be left with the funeral home.
