Bertha K. Voth, 86, Fredonia, died Thursday, May 27, 2010 at Fredonia Regional Hospital. She was born March 30, 1924 in Corn, Okla., the daughter of Henry and Helen Boese Kroeker. She was a graduate of Elk City High School.

On May 26, 1946 in Elk City, she married David H. Voth. She and David owned and operated their farm near Buxton. He preceded her in death June 1, 1999.

Bertha was a member of the Church of God in Christ Mennonite.

Survivors include six sons, Lee Voth, Lewisville, Texas, Frank Voth, Independence, Richard Voth, St. Louis, Mo., Tom Voth, Fredonia, Gary Voth, Fredonia, Danny Voth, Liberty; two daughters, Diana Walker, Osawatomie, Cathy Yonkey, Shawnee Mission; a brother, Robert Kroeker, Junction City, Ore.; four sisters, Lydia Stelting, Independence, Marie Stelting, Corn, Okla., Vivian Kliewer, Weatherford, Okla., Martha Allison, Wichita; 15 grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren

Funeral will be 10 a.m. Saturday, May 29 at the Church of God in Christ Mennonite. Burial will be in the Emmanuel Cemetery. The family will receive friends at Timmons Funeral Home this evening from 6 to 7 p.m. Memorials have been established with the Mennonite Disaster Fund and the Christian Service International and may be sent to the funeral home, PO Box 168, Fredonia, KS 66736.
