Wanda Jean Milner, 78, Fredonia, died Tuesday, November 18, 2008, at Golden Living Center.
She was born March 3, 1930, in South Coffeyville, Okla., to Merle and Dana Wilson Fletcher.
She was a homemaker.
She married Melvin Eugene “Ropey” Milner in Miami, Okla. He died on May 19, 2000.
Survivors include a daughter, Rhonda Grace Webb, Topeka; and a brother, Bill Fletcher, South Coffeyville, Okla.
Funeral will be 11 a.m. Tuesday at Timmons Chapel. Burial will be in the Fredonia City Cemetery under the direction of Timmons Funeral Home, Fredonia.
