Eddie Lee Trimmell, 64, Coyville, died Saturday, November 8, 2008, at his home.

He was born Nov. 1, 1944, in Wichita to Dale M. and Jessie Steele Trimmell. He was a 1962 graduate of Coyville High School.

He was stationed in Korea during his service in the U.S. Army.

He was a retired county road maintenance man for Wilson County and Salt Spring Township in Greenwood County.

Survivors include five sisters, Carolyn Reaves, Friendswood, Texas, Marilyn Kidd and Beverly Moorhead, both of Fredonia, Roberta Dickey, Lenexa, and Donna Wamsley, Wichita; and a brother, Darryl Westerfield, Wichita.

Cremation has taken place. Private family burial will be held at the Coyville Cemetery at a later date. Arrangements are under the direction of Timmons Funeral Home, Fredonia.
