Dorothy L. Kasper, 86, Toronto, died Tuesday, October 14, 2008, at Allen County Hospital.

She was born Jan. 22, 1922 in Oxford to J.W. and Anna Giesen Zieber. She graduated from Toronto High School in 1940.

On Oct.2 4, 1940, she married Orray Kasper in Iola. He died Dec. 21, 2006.

She was a homemaker.

Survivors include her daughter, Joyce Branch, Pasadena, Texas; a son, Norman Kasper, Jacksonville, Ark.; five grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by an infant son, Raymond Edgar Kasper; and a brother, Norman Raymond Zieber.

Funeral will be 10:30 a.m. Saturday at First Christian Church, Toronto. Burial will follow at Toronto Cemetery under the direction of Campbell Funeral Home, Yates Center.

The family will receive friends from 7 to 8 p.m. today at the funeral home.
