Chase Michael Cosby was stillborn at Tuesday, September 16, 2008, at Neosho Memorial Regional Medical Center.

Survivors include his parents, Justin and Rachele Cosby, Rural Walnut; a sister, Chellby Cosby, Rural Walnut; maternal grandparents, Mike and Barbara Duling, Rural Walnut; paternal grandparents, Kandy Stemple, Rural Erie, and Gary and Phyllis Cosby, Rural Altamont; maternal great-grandparents, Ernest and Eva Smith, Rural Walnut, and Betty Duling, St. Paul; paternal great-grandparents, Norma Reed, Thayer, and Dale Stemple, Chanute; aunts, Sarah Cosby, Oswego; uncles, Ryan Duling and his wife, Mandy, Rural Walnut, Jesse Stemple, and his wife, Samara, Topeka; and several cousins.

He was preceded in death by his grandfather, James Stemple; his great-grandparents, Thomas Duling and Roxana Stemple.

Funeral will be 10 a.m. Wednesday at St. Patrick’s Cemetery near Walnut with Father Robert McElwee officiating. Burial will follow. Arrangements are under the direction of the Pierce-Carson-Wall Funeral Home of Erie.
