The family of Lucille Jakubowske, who died Sunday, Oct. 7, 2012, has announced a memorial service, and celebration of Lucille’s life, to be held Wednesday, Oct. 17 at 2:30 p.m. at Penwell-Gabel Humboldt Chapel.
Following the service, the family will receive friends at a luncheon at the Humboldt Library.
Memorial contributions have been requested to local hospice services. The family requests that checks be left in care of Penwell-Gabel Humboldt Chapel, for distribution to these facilities.
Penwell- Gabel Humboldt Chapel is in charge of arrangements.
