Mary Marie Conley, 89, Fredonia, formerly of Neodesha, died Monday, June 18, 2012 at her sister’s home in Mound Valley. She was born July 9, 1922 in Fredonia, the daughter of Leland and Harriet Isabel Parker Kingsbury. She was a homemaker.

On August 7, 1940, in Fredonia, Mary was united in marriage to Albert J. Conley. He preceded her in death Feb. 25, 1998.

Mary was a member of the Bible Baptist Church.

Her survivors include a son, Marion Conley, Overland Park; six sisters, Edith Mitchell, Hemat, Calif., Edna Troutman, Neodesha, Ruby Fiscus, Mound Valley, Helen Anderson, Independence, Linda Dodson, Benedict, Carolyn Fowler, Benedict; three brothers, Leland Kingsbury, Jr., Independence, Elmer Kingsbury, Olathe, John Kingsbury, Casterville, Texas; six grandchildren; five great-grandchildren and one great-great-grandchild.

A son, Gary Conley, also preceded her in death.

Funeral will be 2 p.m. Friday, June 22, at Timmons Chapel, Fredonia. Burial will be in the Fredonia City Cemetery. The family will receive friends this evening from 5-7 p.m. at Timmons Funeral Home. Words of condolence for the family may be left at www.timmonsfuneralhome.com.
