, 91, Arkansas City, died Thursday, May 17, 2012 at Medicalodge East.
She was born August 30, 1920 in Chanute, to Frank and Myrtle Hunt Siebert. She was reared and educated in Chanute by her mother and stepfather Levi Gahman, graduating from Chanute High School in 1939.
She married Virgil Sellers on June 6, 1941 in Chanute.
They lived in Chanute for several years before moving to Arkansas City.
A homemaker, she worked as a clerk for Newman’s Dry Goods for 10 years.
She was a member of First United Methodist Church.
Survivors include her husband, of the home; two sons, Larry, New Mexico, and Ron, Oklahoma City; a daughter, Deb Conner, Arkansas City; sister Phyllis Wilson, Chanute; three grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
Funeral was May 22 at First United Methodist Church, Arkansas City, with burial in Parker Cemetery, Arkansas City.
