Sharon Lee Gray, 56, Chanute, died Monday, Feb. 7, 2011 at the Chanute Health Care Center.

Sharon was born in Fort Scott on Jan. 28, 1955, the daughter of Richard P. and Clara Middleton Hendrickson. She graduated from Chanute High School in 1973.

She was a homemaker.

Sharon is survived by her mother, Clara Hendrickson; a daughter, Melissa “Missy” Lassman, Chanute; three brothers, Mike Hendrickson Burlington, Mark Hendrickson, of Nebraska, and Gerald Hendrickson, Terrell, Texas; and a sister, Brenda Clemens, Chanute.

She was preceded in death by her father.

Funeral was 10 a.m. Thursday, Feb. 10 at the Penwell-Gabel Johnson Chapel in Chanute.

Graveside service was 1 p.m. at the Evergreen Cemetery in Fort Scott.

Memorials in her name may be made to Chanute Health Care Center and may be left with the funeral home.
