Services for Ethel Barr Mulkey, 78, LaHarpe, have been rescheduled for 1 p.m. Monday, Feb. 14 at the Waugh-Yokum & Friskel Chapel in Iola. Burial will follow in Mt. Hope Cemetery in Humboldt.
Visitation will be 4-6 p.m. Sunday at the Waugh-Yokum & Friskel Chapel in Iola.
