Shirley Ann Headings, 61, Mayfield, Ky, died Tuesday, Jan. 25, 2011 at the Heritage Manor in Mayfield after a brief illness.

She was born on June 10, 1949 at Kingman, a daughter of Edwin and Naomi Elliott Antrim. She was raised in the Kingman area and attended school there.

She was united in marriage to Richard Clements in the late 1960s. They later divorced.

She married Clifford Headings in the early 1980s in Kingman. Shortly after her marriage, they moved to Kentucky. She was a homemaker.

Survivors include her husband, Clifford Headings, of the home; one son, Jay A. Clements, Erie; two granddaughters; a brother, Edward Antrim, Bel Aire,.

Funeral will be 1:30 p.m. Monday, Jan. 31 at the Savonburg Evangelical Covenant Church at rural Savonburg. Burial will be in the Bethel Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 7-8 p.m. Sunday at Pierce-Carson-Wall Funeral Home, Erie. Memorials are suggested to the family to defray expenses.
