J.B. Sandbothe, 54, Cassville, Mo., formerly of Fredonia, died Saturday, Jan. 22, 2011 at St. John’s Medical Center in Springfield, Mo. He was born Dec. 8, 1956 in Wichita, the son of Joseph J. and Sharon Prunty Sandbothe. J.B. attended school in Wichita and graduated from East High School. He was a self-employed heavy equipment operator.

Survivors include his father, Joe Sandbothe, Fredonia; four children, Colter Sandbothe, Dalton Sandbothe, Makenzie Sandbothe, Meghan Sandbothe, all of Fredonia; a sister, Pam Ebel, Fredonia; and his companion, Ellen Foster, Cassville, Mo.

Cremation has taken place and the family will hold private services with inurnment in the Weakley Cemetery near New Albany. The family suggests memorial donations to the J.B.
