Diana Ritz-Ware. 39, died Tuesday, Nov. 30, 2010 in Olathe.

Diana was born Feb. 8, 1971 in Kansas City, Mo., to Charles and Daisy Delyght Ritz. She was a graduate of Chanute High School and attended junior college at NCCC in Chanute. She graduated from Wichita State University with her Bachelor’s in Psychology.

She was married to Jeff Ware in 1997.

Diana was employed with the State of Missouri Social Services program for eight years, and was currently working for Farmers Insurance Group as a CSCR in Olathe. She was presently attending Anthem College to become a surgical technician.

Diana’s first love was Jeff, her childhood sweetheart, her beloved son, Keifer, and her family. She found much joy in helping people. Her laughter was contagious and she was loved by everyone that knew her. Diana loved working in her yard and swimming in her pool, and she especially loved her two dogs and her car, her Jag.

Surviving are her husband, Jeff Ware and her son, Keifer, of the home’ her parents, Charles and Daisy Ritz, Chanute; her brothers Donald Ritz and his wife, Nancy. of Springdale, Ark., Ronald Ritz and his wife, Marsha, Chanute’ her sister Cynthia Gericke and her husband, Tim, of Chanute; and numerous nieces and nephews, as well as Keifer’s friend, Amanda Westfall.

A visitation will be held on Saturday, Dec. 4 from 10 to 11 am at Penwell Gabel Funeral Home, 14275 S. Blackbob Rd, Olathe, with funeral services at 11 a.m. Interment will be held on Monday at 1 p.m. at Memorial Park Cemetery in Chanute.

Sorry to hear of your lost, God called an angel home. We keep you and your family in our prayers in your time of need, I am sure she will great missed by everyone that knew her or came in contract with him.
