Racing at Humboldt starts this weekend
The Humboldt Speedway will be starting its racing season this weekend with the 8th annual Spring Fling at the Bullring. A canceled event at the Valley Speedway has added an extra night to this USMTS Special, with racing action on both Friday and Saturday night at 6:30 p.m. The speedway will be running complete shows of USRA Modifieds, B-Mods and Pure Stock on both nights.

Loss to Butler ends NCCC men’s season
EL DORADO — The NCCC men’s basketball team ended its season on Saturday with a 90-67 loss to Butler County, in a first round Region VI playoff game. UDALL — The St. Paul Indians boys basketball team dispatched Flinthills 57-28 Thursday in Class 1A basketball sub-state action. Both the boys and girls teams will play this afternoon in Udall.
