Laura “Nadine” Woosley, 86, Moran, died Tuesday, April 27, 2010, at Allen County Hospital in Iola. She was born Oct. 6, 1923, in Chanute to Thomas Harvey Deck and Carrie Jane Church Deck. She graduated from Peck High School, Peck, in 1936. She married Harry T. Woosley on April 13, 1940, in Iola. He died on Feb. 12, 1992. She worked as a clerk at the Safeway Grocery Store.
