Jerry Marvin Morgan 1936-2011
Jerry Marvin Morgan, 74, Braman,Okla., died Saturday, June 18, 2011 at Select Specialty Hospital in Wichita. He was born Nov. 15, 1936 in Sycamore, the son of Clyde F. and Lenora Seckman Morgan.
Jerry joined the United States Air Force in 1954, achieving the rank of Tech Sergeant. He retired after 20 years of service in 1975. In 1978, he became a computer engineer for AT&T, where he retired in 1998.

Woman, children displaced by fire
Deseree Harmon and her four children were displaced from their home at 1604 S. Highland by a fire Wednesday morning.
The fire started due to faulty dryer wiring, and everything in Harmon’s home is a complete loss. She is in need of appliances, furniture, clothing, and other basic items.
