Randall L. “Randy” Dickens, 48, Neodesha, died Thursday, October 29, 2009, at his home. He had been in failing health.

He was born May 18, 1961, in Parsons to Richard L. “Tiny” and Margaret Laverne Osburn Dickens.

He attended Parsons schools.

He was most recently employed as a truck driver with Quest Cherokee in Chanute.

He and Mary Craft were married. They later divorced.

Survivors include two sons, Jeff and Randy Nalley, both of Altoona; a daughter, Sandra Nalley, Chanute; seven grandchildren; two brothers, Richard Dickens, Cherryvale, and Ron Dickens, Parsons; and a sister, Rachell Breeze, Neodesha.

He was preceded in death by his parents.

A memorial service will be 7 p.m. Wednesday at Forbes-Hoffman Funeral Home in Parsons.

The family will receive friends from 6 p.m. until service time on Wednesday at the funeral home.

Contributions to the Randy Dickens Memorial Fund or Hospice Care of Kansas may be made in care of Forbes-Hoffman Funeral Home, P.O. Box 374, Parsons, KS 67357.
